Find your best fit

Organic Truth carries pieces from multiple makers and suppliers, so sizing can vary by garment, material, cut, and brand. Measure first, then compare your numbers with the chart on the exact product page.

The product-specific chart always wins. A size label such as S, M, or L is not a universal measurement. If a listing provides garment measurements, use those instead of relying on a general conversion.
BustWrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest. Keep it level across your back.
Natural waistMeasure around the narrowest part of your torso without pulling the tape tight.
HipsStand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
InseamMeasure a well-fitting pair of pants from the crotch seam to the bottom hem.
Clothing: dresses, tops, layers & bottoms

Wear close-fitting clothing while measuring and keep the tape parallel to the floor. Compare body measurements with the listing unless the listing clearly identifies its numbers as finished-garment measurements.

Tip: Compare a garment you already own with the listing whenever finished-garment measurements are provided. Lay it flat and measure the same points.

One Size, oversized & flowing silhouettes

“One Size” is not one universal size

Check the listed width, bust range, length, arm opening, and fabric stretch. The intended drape may look different across body shapes.

For oversized pieces

Use shoulder, sleeve, and total-length measurements to judge proportion. Compare them with a favorite oversized piece you already wear.

Shoes & footwear

Footwear conversions vary by manufacturer. Use the exact product’s foot-length or insole chart whenever available.

  1. Place a sheet of paper against a wall and stand on it with your heel touching the wall.
  2. Mark the end of your longest toe and measure from the paper edge to the mark.
  3. Measure both feet and use the longer measurement when comparing with the product chart.

Do not assume that the same US, EU, or UK label fits identically across suppliers.

Press-On Nails

Measure every natural nail in millimeters at its widest point. Record both hands—matching fingers can differ slightly.

  1. Place a soft measuring tape across the widest part of the nail, or mark that width on clear tape and measure it against a ruler.
  2. Compare each number with the exact sizes included in the product set.
  3. If the listing does not document the included widths, contact us before ordering.

To convert inches to centimeters, multiply by 2.54. To convert centimeters to inches, divide by 2.54.
