Organic Truth Shipping Policy

Organic Truth works with multiple fulfillment partners to deliver products to our customers. Because products may be fulfilled from different locations, available shipping methods and delivery times can vary by item and destination.

Order processing

Orders require processing before shipment. Made-to-order products also require production time. Processing and fulfillment times vary by product and fulfillment partner.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

U.S. shipping

Available U.S. shipping methods and charges are calculated at checkout based on the products in the order, package details, delivery destination, and available carrier services. The current charge will be shown before payment is completed.

International shipping

International shipping methods and charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and available carrier services.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country. These charges, when applicable, are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Timing may vary because of production time, fulfillment location, carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent when it becomes available. Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after a shipment is created.

Multiple packages

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages or at different times.
