- Start a return — eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email organictruth@organictruthllc.com with your order number and reason before sending anything back; we will send return instructions and the correct return address once approved. Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or we otherwise state that return shipping is covered.
